1999-2007
The early foundations
Between wealth management and fiduciary services, I built my core reflexes: administrative rigour, client focus, liaising with clients and service providers. A hands-on school, demanding and formative.
2007-2013
Immersion in private banking
Governance, team management — a rare experience where discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
2014-2025
Heart of operations
Back in a fiduciary environment, I progressively took on the roles of HR and Operations Manager. I brought teams together, drove projects — notably IT and HR — and ensured internal governance. This is where I truly became that discreet driving force, that facilitator at the heart of the organisation.
2026
A new spark
I completed my Trusted Person training (PCE) and chose to go independent.
DECLICC was born.
