My engagement models
I adapt to your needs and your pace, with several formats available:
One-off engagements
Billed on time spent: hourly, half-day or full-day rate
Fixed-fee packages
A defined amount based on the scope of my involvement, for example for meeting organisation or project follow-up
Operational subscriptions
Regular involvement, for example half a day per week or 2 days per month
Recurring mandates
Dedicated to implementing a Trusted Person scheme (PCE), team training and external Trusted Person mandate, covering my availability and standard meetings. Additional interventions are billed at a hourly rate
